A main part of our managed services offering, the Managed Workstation plan handles security, support, and backup of each individual workstation (desktop or laptop) in your office.

By taking a proactive approach, we can decrease your downtime by catching issues before they occur. Our comprehensive monitoring tool allows us to monitor many parts of each computers health to determine when parts are failing. We can also easily see when errors are occuring on the machine and reduce time spent on support calls. And, if you do need support, any remote support required is included free of charge.
